Ashland Ayurveda is a private healing and retreat center in Southern Oregon. It offers traditional ayurvedic treatments, consultations, herb formulas, and a beautiful place to heal. The clinic offers private day-treatment rooms and residential housing for Panchakarma and longer treatment programs.

Located in the Pacific Northwest, Ashland Ayurveda is a source of inspiration and a place for meditation and healing. We are in a rural community surrounded by fields, just minutes from Ashland and Medford, Oregon.

At the center, in the place of Brahma (God in Vedanta), is a 200 year old white oak who stands in love and protection. It is relaxing to listen to the stream water fall into the pond and to watch the koi and goldfish swim in the sunshine. Love and serenity are felt from the moment of arrival.

Warm, loving rooms invite you to enjoy nature during your daily treatment. A permanent Labyrinth will be completed by the Summer Solstice. Enjoy the outdoors or walk to the steam room (a separate building) and be in a tiled cave away from it all, where you can feel warm and nourished.

Sukha (meaning "deep happiness of life") is the freshly-renovated home where guests stay overnight to receive Panchakarma. It feels like home, sleeps five, and is set up for complete comfort. Perhaps a group of friends might want to come and experience a cleanse together.

Vayu ("the life force”) has more treatment room space and a bathroom with wheelchair access. There are decks on two levels, offering space for both a secluded or more expansive meditation.

Ashland Ayurveda is located just north of the California border and outside Ashland, Oregon. We are in the Rogue Valley, surrounded by mountains, ski slopes and great hiking. The Rogue River is a designated "Wild and Scenic" river offering world-class rafting at all skill levels or a passenger jet-boat tour. The cultural amenities include fine dining and three professional theater companies. It's a perfect place to give yourself or a friend the gift of Retreat Panchakarma and the improved health and longevity that comes with that gift.

If you need a peaceful place to rent for a few days or a week in the Rogue Valley, or you have family coming in for a visit, consider Ashland Ayurveda. Sukha house, the retreat “home away from home,” is available between panchakarma groups as a retreat rental.

We are blessed at Ashland Ayurveda to have an incredibly beautiful space, a little slice of Heaven on this wonderful earth.

This is a healing retreat center, not your usual hotel or party place. We offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bath comfortable home set up with all that you will need. There are beautiful gardens surrounding a stream and koi pond. There is a permanent labyrinth and hot tub (both finishing in July), a six person tiled steam room, meditation decks, and gorgeous views of the mountains. We are ten minutes from Ashland and Medford so it is convenient and calm. Massage and yoga are available on request.

Our home is also on the property, which is a smoke free environment.
