Our Location
Our practice is in Southern Oregon, which is one of the most beautiful places in the United States. There are green valleys of grazing land, orchards, vineyards and rivers. Incredible mountains with hiking trails, meadows and ski slopes surround us. And blue sky. Amazing blue sky. But perhaps the most wonderful aspect about where we live is the people. Oregonians love the earth and work hard to care for Her. This consciousness extends to the people as well. People try to take good care of themselves and each other, which makes this an ideal place for Ayurveda to flourish.
The Rogue Valley has a variety of great towns with Medford at the center. Altogether the valley is home to approximately 180,000 people. In Ashland there is a world renowned Shakespeare Festival and Southern Oregon University. All over the valley there is a wealth of spiritually minded people. It seems as if every group, club or activity that you might find in the Bay area is represented here, just in smaller numbers. This is a perfect place to find the balance that is Ayurveda.
