| Retreat Panchakarma at Ashland Ayurveda
“Retreat” panchakarma means that a person stays here, away from stresses of home and family. Cleansing is a time for looking deeply, contemplating one's life, body, and the direction we are headed. Allowing time for this process gives the benefit of deeper changes and enhanced health for a prolonged period.
What to expect

Simple, private and semi-private, beautiful accommodations enable guests to leave worries behind and focus on giving themselves cleansing and rejuvenation.

Ashland Ayurveda is a sanctuary of healing, with a calming stream, bright flower gardens, and inviting koi pond. The views of the mountains and vineyards encourage reflection and meditation.
- All programs are patient specific and begin with a thorough consultation.

Stays for 7-14 days of treatments combine abhyanga, shirodhara, swedana, udvartana, and more. See our Services section.
- Ayurvedically designed delicious, medicinal meals are provided for your entire stay.

Herbal preparations such as ghee, cleansing teas, nasya drops, medicated oils for therapies, purgatives, and herbalized enemas are supplied for your stay and for the first three weeks at home.
- Instruction in Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Ayurvedic cooking available.
- Guidance and support to optimize your life experience are part of the experience.

Cost
Each one or two week Panchakarma retreat is specific to the individual, with private consultations and specialized treatments at least three hours daily. We do our very best to keep costs down while making the experience comfortable and pleasant for the person.
1 week PK – $2590
2 week PK – $4590
These prices are all inclusive. Accommodation, food, herbs, oils and treatments, as well as a full consultation are part of the price. If a need arises for added treatments then we would discuss any additional costs at that time.
