Rejuvention and Cleansing Weekend Retreats

Do a light panchakarma or rasayana session, a few days at home and a few days with us.

As part of our Panchakarma program we are opening up Ashland Ayurveda for two to four day weekend retreats. If someone needs cleansing then a panchakarma weekend is in order. If rejuvenation is the need then rasayana is the answer. Each weekend includes an Ayurvedic consultation, 2½ hours of treatments each day, herbs, oils, meals, and a comfortable room in Sukha House on the grounds of Ashland Ayurveda.

A weekend retreat at Ashland Ayurveda can be planned for two or more participants. There is room for five people. Each weekend will be dedicated to either cleansing (PK) or rejuvenating -- not both. So if someone would like to have a light panchkarma weekend then that weekend will be dedicated to cleansing. If someone wants rejuvenation then that weekend will be for rejuvenating. Cost: $390/day.

Participants can enjoy the pond and stream, walk the labyrinth, meditate, and watch the koi swim. Taking care of ourselves increases health, happiness and longevity.
